About time

finally after forever i got around to making some fancy glass bead bracelets!  we'll see if anyone will be interested in them!

OY!

I hate flaking out before a big event.  Does anyone else ever hyper prepare?  I need to have everything like 10 years in advance and panic when other people come into the mix. I so need to be in control of everything AHHH!  ok maybe i should find some sedatives for the fourth and chill.......

Found my jars and they were cheaper than i thought!  also i now somehow ended up with my grandmothers entire thread collection LOL!  all i needed as a seam ripper!

hopefully i'll be able to find the jars i want today to make my candles!

quilting 2.0

I'm assembling blocks to make a quilt.  does it count if you have no idea what your doing and are not really sure if it will come out as a quilt?  maybe it will become another piece of "art".

it's a mystery

after facing the danger of candle-making last night I'm kind of afraid to touch my sharp cutter.  but then again i have nicked myself more than once with that.  and who said being an artist wasn't hazardous?!

ouch!

seriously is there a time when i don't hurt myself making something?  Cutting up wax this time and almost lost a finger.  haven't burnt myself making the candles.......yet.......

this is just something i put together using some of my favorite cloth!  the black is from a cloak i made the silver is from a tag sale i got for a 1$ the red was a .25 blouse!

going to try to add the eyelets to my new boots so i can lace the ribbon in the back!  wish me luck!

my spare gma want's me to make her a mini mini duffel bag which i think will end up looking like a cube.  who knows might come out pretty cool!!!!

first set of blocks were ok but not what i really wanted to do but this second set should be better.....what i do with the assembled cloth is anyone's guess....

i'm hoping when my wifi unit comes i will work on my ancient pc in the workshop that way maybe it will be easier to post picts with my blogs!  but what can i say i'm lazy lol!

brush roll

finally got off my booty and finished my brush roll.  i wanted one for my makeup brushes and there was even room for my mascaras!

crafting

put together my blocks and cut the pieces for a makeup brush roll.  we'll see how that goes lol  i want to try working with smaller blocks so this project will be an experiment...

back to buisness

made my list woo hoo and finally did (am doing) something crafty!  right now i'm cutting squares to use in quilted stuff.  I'm thinking quilted bags but who knows!

Guess i'll try to film another haul today. kinda stuck as to what to do next.  i do have a special order to finish but have to wait on that lol

finished weeding through my boot collection now i need boxes to put them in! so now i might actually finish putting the walker bags together or trying to reboot senile pc.  i think that might be a lost cause now.  at least i have wifi now so i can do a little something in the workshop.  I really miss having a pc in there......

finally got my wireless set up and it even goes as far as the workshop which is nice for when i want directions for something i can easily look it up.....sorta.  wifi works reanimated desktop stops.....again......oh well

multitasking by listening to my SL church service, listen to the race (go JR) making price tags, uploading another haul on you tube and updating my laptop!  Go ME!

lazy kind of day

didn't get anything accomplished other than adding the newest things to my software.  I need a machine that boot's me in the butt and gets me restarted on things.
