dissapointed

after a crappy dark day yesterday (doesn't everyone get too tired to do anything during rainstorms)  I get screwed out of going to a Ren fair because of the "weather"  It upset me so much I had bad dreams about it.  Need something fun to do to recover.  Suggestions?

FINISHED!!!!!

NOT only did I finish my quilt (vid up soon) I fixed my pants i got from the Topic over ten years ago!  all my pants are 4" too long and I wore pieces off.  Now I can rock them properly WEEEEEE!!!!!

Finishing touches

Hope to finally finish up the decorations on my candles.  I wanted to print up the labels on them but I have no color ink!  So I'll have to do it the old fashioned way by hand poo.

Trying to edit some videos but Windows live refuses to work after Adobe's last upgrade and movie maker is soooooo slooooow.  Oh well.  Time to find the part of my workshop that i buried then.....

cut up my new wax and made a couple of new candles.  also a heart shaped one using a mold for the first time!

i refuse to pay 50$ for a tablet cover so i found a pad cover (exactly the same materials used i might add) and will modify it.  2$ is much better thank you!

Also my Idolpad plus seems to be working out great!  Here's hoping that lasts!

got some more wax but i feel i should decorate the finished jars first!  how will i fight the temptation?

Wallymart actually had a sheet that was as close as I could get to matching the colors in my quilt!  Yay me!

phew!

Wow have I been a busy bee today!  Filmed some vlogs, reorganized my thread holder, fixed my table, sewed some clothing, took a walk, and might get some candles finished!

finally got the time to clean off a little of my desk so i can be a little more organized and after i finish off my candles I hope to fix some of my goodwill stuff.  Also a vid will be up here soon showing you my biggest project of late!

at last!

after the rather successful summerfest, I finally had time to remove the stock from my car!  seriously i really need a station wagon or my hubby's pt cruiser.  a standard car just is a bit to small!

research

spent way to much time this morning (3 hours +) researching then finally buying a tablet.  I want something with the ability to accept credit cards in the future.  well, that's what i tell myself anyway ;)  also i am going to try to assemble the quilt blocks i ave been making today!

Summerfest Success!

I usually am happy if i just make back what i put into the table but i made well over that!  guess it makes whatever profit that much more special or you appreciate it more if that makes sense.  Thank you all who bought my wares.  i hope you enjoy them for a very long time!

All nighter

I wasn't planning on doing an all nighter before the big Summerfest but my brain won't shut off.  Here's hoping for a good and successful and DRY day tomorrow!

good lord is summerfest really tomorrow?  temporarily closed my shop to put the stuff out in my booth!  i hope it goes well and stuff sells, i hate carting things back home.  i can only make small stuff since i can only store small stuff!  last minute touches after "dr's" appointment and maybe some thrifting.....and candles.....and.......
