FINISHED!!!!!

Finished my mock jelly roll quilt top!  well the assembly there is still the sandwich part!  I call it a mock jelly roll because I usedthe process but cut the strips myself.  Now i'll do a dark version of this one!  Pic soon!

after assembling my checker quilt i saw it was longer than wide so i had to readjust some rows then reassemble.  hopefully done today then back to bookkeeping.....hard to be an entire company sometimes......

I think i spend more time prepping the tech for the business end of stuff then crafting AHHHH!  but I am getting things done...sorta.....

it's funny my checkered quilt was too long so I took 2 rows off the bottom to add to the side with the other strip.  OY!

finished cutting all of the blocks that make up my checker pattern and more of the denim.  not sure if i'll need more we'll see. 

Now in to assembly!!!

Got thre rest of my cloth prepped for final cutting today and managed to get a buttload of bookwoork done too!  Hurrah ME!!!

rethink....

had to rethink some of my quilt.  I can't get my hands on enough black wool so I will be replacing the plain black squares with denim!  this will be one REALLY warm quilt!
